Acceptance of these terms
The use of this service is subject to the acceptance of these Terms of Use. By accessing or using TRKR you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept them in full. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.
The beta
TRKR is offered free of charge during the beta period. Features may change, break, or be removed as we iterate, and availability is not guaranteed. We may reset or regenerate synthetic datasets between releases.
Not financial advice
You acknowledge and accept that nothing on this platform — synthetic data, simulations, playground results, portfolio statistics, and any future AI-agent output — constitutes financial or investment advice, an offer, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or other instrument. Everything is provided for research and educational purposes only. Make investment decisions with a qualified advisor.
No guarantee of real-world behavior
The service produces synthetic, simulated data. You acknowledge and accept that TRKR gives no guarantee, express or implied, that real markets will behave like — or within the range of — the simulations produced by the service. Simulated performance neither predicts nor bounds real results. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Data license and restrictions
The TRKR brand, platform, and synthetic datasets remain the property of TRKR. During the beta the data is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial research inside the platform only. You shall not redistribute, resell, or publicly disseminate the data; reverse engineer the service or attempt to reconstruct the models that generate it; or by any means incorporate the data or its derivatives into other products or services, whether commercial or not, without TRKR's prior written permission.
Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself and use the platform lawfully. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (for example: scraping, resale of data, or attempts to disrupt other users).
