What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address and the display name you choose. While you use the platform we record the strategies you save, the feedback you send, and product usage events (for example: pages viewed, simulations run, features clicked) together with a session identifier.
Why we collect it
TRKR is in beta. We use this information for one purpose: understanding how the product is used so we can improve it. Usage data and feedback are analyzed internally and are never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
Where it lives
Account and usage data are stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase). You can ask us to export or delete your account and all associated data at any time by writing to hello@trkr.ai.
Cookies
We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. There is no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
